Adelaide Day 1

We took a weekend trip out to Adelaide and stayed in the beach side town of Glenelg. Here are Maeby and Spencer at the Melbourne Airport raring to go and already having a good time.
When we got there it was morning time, we dropped our stuff off at our hotel and headed out towards the beach. We played a bit in this big grassy field, running up and down the hills. The kids needed to run after a long morning of travel.

A passerby was nice enough to take a family photo of us out on the Glenelg Pier.
We took a train into Adelaide to look around, this fountain was in the center of the town. Sorry I can't remember what it was called. Probably Queen Victoria Fountain or something like that.

A statue of Queen Victoria

A really beautiful cathedral down town.

Back at Glenelg on the beach in the afternoon, the kids collected shells and made sand castles.

...and got their feet wet.

Fun with shells.

We ate dinner at a place called "The Hogs Breath Cafe", it was yummy and the kids had fun.
