Adelaide Day 2

In the morning we headed over to the beach side again to check out the area. There was a place that had a whole bunch of old fashioned arcade machines, we went in there and played around for a while. The kids had a great time, there was some cool stuff and some really weird stuff too. Maeby trying out a mechanical teeter totter that had a couple pigs on a monkeys back or something weird like that.

This one you pressed the button and it had a little assembly line that would take people in one end and spit robots out the other, all the while playing this irritating and haunting tune. Liam and Will took a video of it.

Maeby and Spencer enjoyed playing with stuffed turtle.

After the arcade (and there will be some more photos below of the arcade out of order) we went to a big play place called "The Beach House". The little kids area had cool big hand chairs.

We also had a round of mini golf as a family. Maeby got the hang of it pretty quick.

Spencer checking out the fountain at the mini-golf.

Not sure what these things were, big rocks with steel nets, probably anchors or weights or something. The kids had a little fun with them.

Cool display of the stone cut and polished.

Liam was attached by one of those mini T-Rex's Adelaide is so famous for.

Down at the beach, the kids got to go on a big jumper thingy. Accept Mel, she would not try it. Liam, Spencer and Maeby had a great time flying high.

Liam was catching some major air, he thought he was Spiderman.

Atomic Wedgie!

Rocket-Boy

Maeby getting hooked up for her jumps.

Mel found a pony! This was more her speed.

More from the cool arcade. When you cranked the little handle on this one, a little scuba diver would paddle his feet and a shark right on his tail would chomp his chompers.

Don't remember what was in this one.

Look, Liam caught a fish.

Now Spencer did too, and Mommy's diaper is really full of sea water!

The kids had a go at bumper cars at The Beach House.

More from our mini-golf.

Mel teaching Maeby how it's done.

"it's all in the hips, it's all in the hips..."

Playing in the grass at the beach side park in the late afternoon.

Just chillin and enjoying the perfect day by the beach.

Snack time.

Maeby chillin daddy style.

We didn't bring our swim suits over, had we know the water slides were running, we might have done that too.

Glenelg peir late afternoon. Such a beautiful day in South Australia.
