Gold Coast Beach - Last Day

Melanie making designs in the sand with shells.

Liam & Spencer making foot prints and watching them wash away.

The boys making a canal to fill the little lake for the boat.
.
The Girls making sand castles.

Spencer making the inland lake for the boat.

Fun in the surf.

Splashing in the waves.

Melanie & Spencer playing in the waves.

Mom and Maeby making sand castles.

Ahhh, this one surprised us.

Run away, run away!

Just out for a stroll.

When the sun was out, it was beautiful, and the water took on this deep sandy blue color.

Waiting for the big one to come crashing in.

Spencer outrunning the waves
Melanie having a great time in the water.

Liam running like Dash on the water, it took a special high speed digital camera to capture this still shot of him with such clarity.

We could see a storm way up in the north hitting the coast, it was amazing looking.

We pretty much had the whole beach to ourselves, it was so cool. Probably because it is winter here in Australia and a bit chilly in the water.

This turned out really cute

Spencer loved the beach day.

Can't see it too well, but Liam is practicing his boomerang while Spencer is trying not to fall down the hill.

Unfortunately its a backless boomerang for now. Looks like he will need some more practice.
