Dinner at the Hot House Cafe

An excerpt from a little promo for the Hot House Cafe so I don't have to type it all..."Just 30 minutes from Hobart, The Hothouse Café is a unique eatery perched on a Bruny Island hilltop overlooking Adventure Bay. What the promo doesn't say is that the floor is dirt covered with sawdust, and everything you touch, even the air you breath was laced with a fine dust. The kids played in the dust and everything was filthy by the time we were done with dinner.  But the food was absolutely fantastic...and it should have been for the price! Liam patiently waiting for his grub.  We had the place all to ourselves.

Notice the exit sign...in an emergency, I think it would have been better to just run through the plastic wall sheets instead of bothering to run across the room to the glass filled door.

Don't see plastic stacking chairs and dirt floors at 4 star restaurants too often.

Most fun these two have ever had waiting for a meal at a restaurant.

Mel and I entertained each other while we waited.

Good thing there were signs to the green house, we would have been wandering around for hours looking for an actual restaurant building.

These were the restrooms, a good 100 meters away from the dining room. Not sure why I posted this picture...but its all part of the experience.
